The Transformers Value Creators, finally made another move towards its expansion from
Northern India to Central India by conducting a residential workshop for the NCC
Officers at the NCC Officers Training Academy (OTA), Gwalior.
This workshop proved to be another major breath through in the all time liking and favoritism of The Transformers for its its various most inspiring and motivational workshops.
To promote the mission of the National Cadet Corps (NCC)… a Tri-Services Organisation comprising the Army, Navy and Air Force, engaged in grooming the youth – ‘The Leaders of Tomorrow’ – into disciplined and patriotic citizens, The Transformers also contributed in their own most innovative and exclusive ways to develop more refined Life Skills and further Groom the Personalities of these very Dynamic & Versatile Lady Officers.
The Workshop was absolutely customized taking into consideration the specific needs of the Individual Participants and the absolute agenda of the complete training program as desired by the Officers Training Academy.
Prime emphasize was laid upon Learning through Activities, so as to make this workshop practically effective with maximum experiential learning along with immense fun, thrill and excitement. The various activities were backed up with different sensitizing videos, which made the sessions completely energizing and stress busting.
Group activities, Outdoor Games, Physical Education and Working in Teams together added to the spirit of Unity in Diversity, upkeeping and promoting Our National Integration.
Each of these Lady NCC Officer displayed and was oozing out with the 4 Essential D’s of Success in their individual ways- Desire, Determination, Discipline and Diligence. Being with these very Daring and Youthful Lady Officers, the Real Strength of a Women could be felt and realized stronger.
