Celebrating Republic Day is an opportunity to appreciate the remarkable contribution of soldiers, freedom fighters & the public for our nation. This day is to honor the life, grit and determination of our soldiers.

An event was conducted to celebrate this historical pride at one of the most significant location-The Paraplegic Rehabilitation Center (PRC), Mohali which is a unique institution dedicated to paraplegic war veterans by providing vocational training facilities to make them self-reliant.

Manjula, Life Skills Coach & CEO of The Transformers Value Creators along her team organized an event catering to these war veterans & their families with the aim of bonding the faith of patriotism, love, hope & inspiration amongst the youth.

These veterans shared their experiences, learnings & gave strength to the youngsters which emphasized upon the aspects of national struggles, belongingness towards country, warding away the evils like corruption, power, prosperity, success, happiness, love, principles & opportunities.

The most acknowledgeable part of this event was the beautiful heartwarming group performance by the veterans who inculcated in us the strength & courage to work for the nation.

The day was blossomed in the spirit of national pride through group dance & music performances by the children of these soldiers.

The celebrations concluded with the day’s legitimate saying – ‘Once a soldier, always a soldier.’
