Log in to your Buyer Dashboard and navigate to the 'Sent Inquiries' panel. From here, you can view transaction history, inquiry status, and chat logs with suppliers.
You can click on the 'Trending Items' section on our homepage or filter products by type (e.g. Stock Lots, On-Demand, In-Stock) from the main product search directory page.
Go to the product page or supplier profile, click the Send Inquiry button, enter your requirements, and submit. This automatically opens a secure chat channel with the supplier.
Yes! Standard buyer registration is completely free. It allows you to search the supplier directory, view catalog items, and send initial B2B trade inquiries.
Vendor & Supplier Help
Yes! THETVC.COM is uniquely structured to allow suppliers to list physical items (e.g. garments, fabrics, yarns, fibers) as well as B2B trade services (e.g. trend forecasting, clearing & forwarding, testing labs, finance, logistic etc).
You will receive email notifications and dashboard alerts. Navigate to the 'Enquiries' section in your Vendor Dashboard to start direct B2B messaging and finalize trade deals with the buyer.
'On-Demand' represents custom manufacturing orders based on buyer requirements. 'Stock Lots' represent ready-to-ship surplus inventories available at discounted bulk rates.
For Indian vendors, we require GST Certificate, PAN Card, and MSME/IEC documents. For global/international vendors, we require Certificate of Incorporation, Import-Export Code (IEC), and Trade Licenses.
Once registered and verified as a vendor, access your Vendor Dashboard. Navigate to the Products or Services section, click on Add New, fill in the specifications and images, and save to list them.
Admin & Management
Admins can use the Banners module under marketing tools to configure main, side, mini, and big promotional slides on the homepage.
Admins review dispute claims, audit chat history logs, and coordinate mediation steps to resolve B2B transaction issues and maintain marketplace safety.
Admin managers review all newly submitted products, services, and company verification requests. They can either approve, request modifications, or reject listings based on compliance guidelines.
Prices are managed globally in USD ($) for international consistency. The system automatically converts and displays values in other currencies based on real-time exchange rates configured in the Currency Master database.
