2. Mobile App Permissions

Our mobile app requests Camera and Storage permissions solely to enable users to upload product images and swatch photos, and Notification permissions for real-time inquiry and chat alerts.

3. Data Protection & Third Parties

• We do not share, sell, or rent your data to any third-party marketing agency or advertiser.
• All email communication and data transmissions are secured using SSL protocols and industry-standard encryption methods.
• We do not track or store your payment information; all transactions are handled through trusted, secure third-party payment processors.

4. User Control & Data Deletion

• You can opt out of non-essential communication and marketing updates at any time from your dashboard.
• Users may request data deletion directly in the mobile app (Profile > Settings > Delete Account) or by writing to support@thetvc.com; requests will be processed within 7 working days.
