Terms and Conditions (For Buyers and Vendors)

1. Marketplace Nature & Intermediary Role
The platform functions purely as a marketplace to connect verified buyers and sellers; the portal handles no monetary transactions between parties. The platform only charges for listing and inquiry-based subscription plans; we do not take any commission or add margins to deals made between parties.
2. Due Diligence & Verification
Buyers and vendors are solely responsible for verifying each other's credentials, sample quality, and delivery terms beyond the basic checks done by the platform. Commercial transactions and agreements are executed directly between trading parties.
3. Dual Role Accounts
Buyers or vendors who wish to act in both roles must register using separate, unique email IDs and will be issued separate login tokens and dashboards.
4. Subscription Plans & Durations
Vendors are permitted to upload product lots strictly as per Plans Purchased. Plan durations are fixed for 365 days from the date of activation, and are non-refundable once activated.
5. Content Ownership & Accuracy
All content, including products, images, and descriptions, must be accurate and owned by the vendor; any copyright or trademark issues are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
6. Neutral Platform Policy
The platform does not promote or favour any buyer or vendor; all listings are displayed based on category, relevance, and plan type.
7. User Conduct & Account Safety
Buyers and vendors must respect each other's privacy and not misuse contact details or business information obtained through the platform. Misuse, spam, or fraudulent activities by either party will result in immediate suspension of the account without refund.
8. App Permissions & Account Deletion
The mobile application requests Camera/Storage access solely for uploading product images and swatch photos, and Push Notifications for real-time inquiry alerts. Users can request account and data deletion directly in the app (Profile > Settings > Delete Account) or by writing to support@thetvc.com.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
